About the event
Experience being Full-Bodied and Independent with Horses - Connecting to ourselves, nature, and of course the horses, we'll take a mindful, curious and wild approach to self-awareness, in a safe space. No equine experience required, just come with close-toed shoes and an open heart for on-the-ground energy experiences including breathwork, meditation, yoga stretches. $150 per person, limited to 4 women. Up front payment requested via Venmo (Liz-Cutting456) or Zelle (520.310.5929) at time of registration. Credit/refunds available with 1 week's notice
