About the event
Experience being Full-Bodied, Independent and Connected with Horses - Connecting to ourselves, nature, and of course the horses, we'll take a mindful, curious and wild approach to self-awareness, in a safe space. No equine experience required, just come with close-toed shoes and an open heart for on-the-ground energy experiences including breathwork, meditation, yoga stretches. $150 per person, limited to 4 women.
