Devotion: A Day of Returning to Your Body, Your Rhythm, and Your Inner Compass🐴✨
For women navigating the powerful transition of perimenopause, menopause, and the deeper question of what this next chapter of life is inviting in.
March 28, 2026 | 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Perimenopause and menopause are not just biological changes. They are invitations to reclaim your intuition, your energy, and the direction of your life. Many women arrive at this stage of life sensing that something inside them is shifting. The rhythms that once guided them may feel different, and the body may be asking for a new kind of attention.
Devotion is a one-day retreat for women who feel that shift and are ready to respond to it. It is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body’s rhythms, and gain practical tools for understanding the signals your body is sending as you move through menopause and beyond.
Hosted by Liz Cutting of Mane and Soul and Jeanetta Bodie of Soma Moon Wellness, this immersive experience weaves together embodied movement, breathwork, equine-guided reflection, and meaningful conversation.
Throughout the day we will explore how the body communicates through sensation, emotion, instinct, and inner knowing. As women move through the transitions of menopause and beyond, these signals often become louder. When we learn to listen instead of override them, they can become a source of clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
Horses offer a powerful mirror. Their presence calls us back to something instinctive and honest. Without judgment or expectation, they respond to what is real beneath the surface.
This retreat is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering how to listen.
An invitation to return to your rhythm and come home to yourself.

About the Hosts

Soma Moon Wellness
Jeanetta Bodie is the co-founder of Soma Moon Wellness, an education and movement platform that helps women understand and befriend their bodies while building lasting strength, resilience, and self-trust. She is also the creator of the Empower Your Core (EYC) method, a body-based approach that teaches women how to understand their breath, core, pelvic floor, and hormonal rhythms so they can respond to their bodies with clarity and confidence.
Through yoga, strength training, and body-based education, Soma Moon teaches practical tools for nervous system regulation, mobility, pelvic health, and sustainable self-care. Instead of pushing through symptoms or guessing what the body needs, participants learn how their bodies function and how to respond with supportive movement and awareness.
Mane and Soul
Liz Cutting of Mane and Soul offers equine-guided somatic experiences for women navigating life transitions.
Through the quiet presence of horses, breathwork, Reiki, and mindful awareness, these sessions support emotional integration, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to personal truth.
Horses are highly attuned to human emotion. Their responses often reveal what we may not yet see ourselves, helping participants slow down and reconnect with their inner compass in a way that feels grounding and deeply supportive.
