Yoga with Horses

Breath-based Connection to Nature and Ourselves

While we would like a quick fix for being "mindful" and "present," our monkey mind continues to chatter on.  It creates to-do lists, criticizes our last conversation with our boss or our mate, wonders if the dog needs to go to the vet, all while to driving to an appointment while listening to a podcast.  Calgon, take me away! 

When we need a break, we can find a quiet place to practice on the mat, in the playful and grounded presence of horses. We use our breathing to settle into being present, calm, joyful, in touch with our bodies. 

Come practice gentle breath-based yoga, then hang out with the horses, and let the monkey take a nap for an hour.
